I AM 0.00001%

At many times, I thought I needed to be the 100%. I want to do be able to do the things I can do before I ask people to do. I want to be "Capable", and the meaning was to excel in everything, so I could be the the best example to others. I thought that I wasn't good enough with what I've been doing/ contributing, always unsatisfied with my performance, thought that people around me would think this isn't the best I can do. However, it is not true.

I learnt a great lesson today during the 0600 mass reading. After the reading section, we were  to imagine for 3 minute, what we want our lives to be, then randomly selected to share. (Sharing would double-up the force of attraction.) Nicknamed Bao's Mom, 宝妈, shared her imagination. She wants to be someone easy-going, which surprised many coaches whom has know her for a for 3 to 4 years. They felt that Bao's Mom has been a friendly, nice to be with and full of funny moments! After her further explanation it is almost exactly what I feel and think!
Stop seeking to be the "Perfect".
We constantly think that doing what we have done is not enough and we could've did better. Repeat: However, it is not true. My senior coach Momo, 莫莫, clarified with us that the Universe is 100%. Inside the 100% consist of us human beings! With different skin colours, different height and weight. Everyone is different, which makes it a 100%. If we are 100%, there is no us.

An example: We go for buffet! Will we eat every single food that is available? If yes, won't you go over-bloated? Or, will you love every food availale?

We could be 0.00001%, but all we need is to bring out the best of that 0.00001%. Focus on our strengths and make it a 100%. That is why the universe created billions of us. That is why there is "Teamwork". Every individual is good at something different! We need to help others with our strong point and ask for the help with other skills we need. Appreciate the people around you! Because only when you appreciate their existence then you will ask for help.  We are all our own best! *THUMBS UP*

Till next time,
