CAN JOGGING HELP IN WEIGHTLOSS?

The current trend has been to stay healthy. People are starting to get health conscious, about what they eat, eat lesser, and starting to head out for morning exercises. I'd focus on jogging for this post as it is the simplest workout.

What is the advantages of jogging?
It increases the strength of our heartbeat. Jogging, considered as an Aerobic exercise, helps to increase the function of our heart and lungs. It is the good for improving your energy level and mental strength!

Can jogging help in weightloss?
There is many exercises which can help us to lose weight. After 40 minutes of constant jogging, the body will start to burn fats, which will increase our metabolic level. However, the results have its limitations. How many of us will jog more than 40 minutes? Jogging 30 minutes is the maximum for me already. Jogging definitely reduce our weight!
Question: what mass didyou lost? Fat mass, Muscle mass or water mass?
Normally, jogging loses water mass (more than half of the time). THE FATS IS STILL THERE! Which is the reason many people regain when they stop jogging. It is unstable because of the wrong mass cut.

People who have decided to start their exercise as a weightloss method, would definitely watch their diet - because if it is only exercising and have no diet control, then this whole thing must be a joke. :\ "Output > Input" which means exercise more and eat lesser.

I have met probably a hundred people trying to jog to lose weight. Sure! There is many people who successfully did it, but have you seen how their skin look like? Do you want to have those stretch line like them too? Will you dare to show it proudly? At the end of the day, what's the point....? It still need to be hidden with clothes.
Before you find the better one, you would think what you have/ known is the best.
I have tried exercising to lose weight too! I was one of them who thought "just go exercise la!" because I don't know the right knowledge! Information we know from the net is less than half of the truth. As much as I want to share the right weightloss knowledge, people will need to empty their cup before I could pour anymore in.

To obtain your perfect body, this is the few items needed to be reached:
1. More than sufficient water intake. (Min. 2L)
2. Moderate Exercise.
3. Enough Rest. (Before 11pm)
4. Balanced Nutritional Diet.
5. Feel happy & amazing!

It is important to blend our healthy lifestyle into a habit. If its not now, then when are you start doing to do it?
