ABS



If you've been following my Fanpage (www.facebook.com/behappywithshronn), you would know that I'm back to working out! Abs is the first item on my list, followed by bootaye then the back shoulders. Thus I started off with abs workout, and modifying it a little to train my obliques too! It may look easy, so you definitely should try it too! Have fun peeps! Hold it there for another 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec! YOU CAN DO IT. Ask yourself why you even started, and how much are you willing to commit and get the ideal results you want?
