We have been living in the century with information readily available online. However, how true are these information? How badly are we educated and believe these partially correct information? After I started going for nutrition classes, I realised there are A LOT, and I meant almost 90% of the information we thought we got it all right, is incorrect.
I just saw this news (from the Taiwan TV channel) on youtube, and I am once again upset at the I'm not sure if I should call it knowledge because it is incorrect, probably I'll say it as info. This is the video, but it is in Mandarin. Let me translate it in English for you simply.
