Which means we should only consume 400kcal per meal.A bowl of famous Taiwan Oyster Vermicelli 蚵仔面线 is 415kcal. Then for a moment I thought then I could probably choose this as one of my meal choices. BUT NO. Vermicelli itself is mostly carbohydrates and fats. There isn't protein, vitamins and minerals which our body needs! Not taking into consideration the gravy/sauce that we go with the Oyster Vermicelli. The gravy is made with starch! It is one of the causes of larger-sized lower body (butts & thighs). High starch diet could also increase blood sugar fluctuation which would induce hunger and cravings (which means you're gonna eat more!) and risk of diabetes.
