Recently boyfriend has been farting a lot, thus I renamed him in my contacts as A. Poot Poot. (Anddddd, we started a contact name-changing fight. It is ridiculously funny while we're at it.)
It made me wonder if frequent farting is a disorder...
My wellness coach Ruth did mentioned before farting is awesome! We should fart 10 to 20 times a day! (Ohno, I need to fart more to be healthy) while reading on farts, I found this video that might explain a lil about farts. http://youtu.be/GTvnjaUU6Xk .
In conclusion, farting is healthy! If we don't fart, it could be due to our intestines are stucked! <inserts freaked out emoji> thus the air is unable to pass through. If you're thinking what might cause our large intestines to be clogged, then you got to know what is in your large intestines: Poop.
We let out waste through passing motion, urination and vomiting. Yes, vomiting is one of the ways as well. We eat sooo much everyday, of course we need to let the waste out too! Then you'l ask if we don't poop daily, can? OF COURSE NOT.
Our poop is stored in the rectum. When we do not empty it daily, it will accumulate. Over the years of accumulation, new waste coming from the small > large intestines will overflow the rectum and stuck in the large intestines ._. That's how air are unable to be released daily, it is not something to be happy about. (And when our tummies are hungry and we can't give it food at the point of time, our body will look for nutrients in the poop trapped and try to look for nutrients it can use = eating poop...) 😱
I use to poop once every 2-3days, and have this annoying tummy that I never gotten rid of, even after exercising 5days per week for 2months! Then I realise I've been going the wrong direction the whole time. It's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise! After I understand the importance of giving my body the 80% of nutrition needed (for 7months), I am able to poop at least once a day, SOMETIMES TWICEE!! URMAZINGGGGG.
Haven't been starting on my 20% exercise, but definitely gonna do it. :p
Till next time,
