I've been down with flu for a week now, and I've received words of concern by many of my friends, family and love ones. Thankyou, I love you all. Please remember to drink lots of water too, there's this terrible flu bug lingering around.
Sometimes I wonder if its wrong for me to fall sick, because I'm a wellness coach, but I know falling sick is just falling sick, its nothing la... Yesterday I receive a similar comment frm one of the people I love. I was upset of course. Really? I shouldn't be sick because I'm a wellness coach? Tell me about it.
Doctors should be 24/7 fit.
Personal trainers should not have injuries, and never feel tired.
Financial advisers should never have financial issues.
Housewives should never break a plate or bowl.
Policemen should never break a rule.
I think it should be "what doesn't kill you make you stronger". Many of us have a story behind why join our individual profession. I know a financial adviser who decided to be in her industry because her family didn't have proper financial planning. She need to take loans in order to continue her studies.
Personal trainers want to bring the proper exercise regime and posture during workout to people who are exercising because they have been through failures and injuries to finally found the right way to their ideal body.
I think I'm quite similar to the personal trainers. I am a wellness coach because I want to share the answers to healthy weight management. I've been through my fat days and tried many kind of weird weightloss ideas, which I failed of course. It is because I saw people going through extreme measures to get to their ideal shape, made me want to help them, to tell them there's another way, and a definite method to reach their goal.
"It's the universe telling you that you need to take a break!" quoted from Christabel Chua's instagram (@bellywellyjelly) Falling sick is natural. I think falling sick proves that I'm still human? Hahaha!
However, I definitely felt better when I'm sick this time, as much as my voice became manly, headache, dry throat, or runny nose, I was still able to complete my assignments and did some errands. I would have been "dead" on my bed if its in the past. :3 Hahaha! "What you eat is what you become."
Thank you for all your well wishes peeps, I'll be alright soon, I promise!
Till next time,
#behappywithshronn
P.S. Please drink a lot of water guys~ *naggy me*
